Local Election 2021 Pledges
- To campaign and lobby to ensure that the promised upgrade of Tilehurst station, including lifts are delivered
- Work hard to protect local services and facilities, specially green spaces
- Speak up for the local people of Kentwood Ward in the Council, consult with residents on issues they care about and report back on all my work as a councillor
- Protect the neighbourhood to prevent anti-social behaviour, fly tipping and drug dealing
Councillor Daya Pal Singh is the Labour candidate for Kentwood ward, where he has been a councillor since 2012. Cllr Singh is a local businessman and hardworking local campaigner who successfully lobbied for improvements to Tilehurst station. If re-elected he pledges to campaign to get lifts added to Tilehurst Station, work hard to protect local services and facilities, especially green spaces, and speak up for the local people of Kentwood ward.
