Reading Young Labour includes all members between the ages of 14 and 26. We meet regularly and campaign on both local and national issues that matter to young people across Reading. We work closely with the Reading University Labour Society, Reading Youth Council and local charities.

Youth Collaboration
Yesterday, RDLP’ Youth Officer, Ellie Emberson, met with Bracknell’s Youth Officer, Saffron Yau-Karim, for lunch to discuss working together to engage young people in the party.
Reading University Labour Society gets record number of students signed up
Ellie Emberson along with Ben Perry went to the Reading University Freshers Fayre where over 150 students signed up to the Labour Society. Reading Young Labour joined with the society and hopes to build on the relationship with socials to be planned for the future!
Reading Young Labour has its first meeting
Saturday 30 September young members from across Reading came together to discuss issues that mattered to them. They spoke about what made them join the Labour Party and how to engage other young members. Watch this space for more details!
